Our Quality Philosophy

In chemical manufacturing, quality is not a final inspection — it is a system. At Biovivid Labs, quality is built into every step of the production process, from raw material intake through final product dispatch. We do not ship a batch that has not passed our five-stage in-house quality protocol, followed by independent validation from Government-authorised testing bodies.

Our 5-Step

Quality Testing Process

  • Stage 1

    Raw Material Testing

All incoming raw materials are tested in our in-house lab before entering production. Only approved-vendor materials that pass intake specifications proceed to manufacturing.

  • Stage 2

    In-Process Quality Control

Continuous monitoring during the production, distillation, and cleansing phases ensures batch consistency and chemical composition accuracy.

  • Stage 3

    Filtration Quality Check

Post-filtration samples are tested for purity, viscosity, and chemical profile before proceeding to final testing.

  • Stage 4

    Final In-House Testing

Completed batches undergo comprehensive final testing covering chemical composition, performance parameters, safety thresholds, and specification compliance.

  • Stage 5

    External Government-Authorised Assurance

All products are independently validated by Government-authorised testing bodies — providing clients with third-party assurance of quality and regulatory compliance

Regulatory Compliance

Biovivid Labs products are developed and manufactured in compliance with applicable Indian and international regulatory standards, including:

Certifications & Approvals

Our quality systems and manufacturing processes are continuously reviewed for alignment with industry best practices. We maintain active partnerships with Regulatory Agencies and Industry Associations to stay current with evolving compliance requirements.

Government-authorised external testing validation is completed for every product batch, providing clients with documented third-party quality assurance that stands up to procurement audits and supply chain due diligence.
